Reservations & payments 

All reservations are made securely through our online booking system. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 

Cancellations & refunds 

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before delivery or pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged a (1) day rental fee. 

If weather conditions or unexpected issues prevent delivery, Cabo Golf Carts will issue a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost. 

Driver requirements 

Renters must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the cart. 

Use of golf carts 

Golf carts are for use within private communities, resorts, and designated local roads in Cabo San Lucas. Carts are not permitted on highways or public streets. Renters are responsible for returning the cart in the same condition it was delivered — clean, undamaged, and fully operational. 

Delivery & pickup 

We deliver and pick up carts directly to and from your resort, villa, condo, or Airbnb at the scheduled times. Please ensure someone is available for handoff, unless alternative arrangements have been approved. 

Damage & liability 

Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the cart during the rental period. Basic coverage is included; additional protection options may be offered at checkout. Cabo Golf Carts is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from improper or unauthorized use. 

Maintenance & support 

If your cart experiences an issue during your rental, please contact our team immediately. We’ll provide on-site support or a replacement cart whenever possible.
